Society Café has a chain of cafés around the country. Having visited and reviewed Society Café in Bristol, where the facilities are inclusive (ie by identity) we asked the manager there if Society Café has an internally and/or publicly declared DEI policy which also states if access to facilities by public and staff is inclusive.
The manager said he would happily refer our request for confirmation of this up the line to the HR director; we made that request on May 19th.
While we wait for Society Café’s response, given the place we reviewed is definitely inclusive, it is most likely the other places in the chain are inclusive also, so they should be OK to go to.
In the meantime please keep reviewing any Society Café places when you visit them.
