Knoops has a chain of cafés around the country. Having visited and reviewed Knoops in Bath, where the facilities are unisex, we asked the manager there if Knoops has an internally and/or publicly declared DEI policy which also states if access to facilities by public and staff is inclusive (ie according to identity).
The manager said he would happily refer our request for confirmation of this up the line to the HR director; we made that request on May 26th.
While we wait for Knoops’ response, given the place we reviewed is definitely inclusive, it is most likely the other places in the chain are inclusive also, so they should be OK to go to.
In the meantime please keep reviewing any Knoops places when you visit them.
