Welcome to Kensa Boudoir. We are a small, female team that offers makeover photoshoot experiences to support you on your confidence journey. No matter your age, gender, disability, size or shape, we are here to prove to you that you are unstoppable! Kensa Boudoir has been offering guided makeover experiences for 10 years. In this time we have met brides, new mums, people going through break-ups/divorce, people who have come out of abusive relationships, people going through gender transitions, cancer patients & survivors, people who struggle with mental health, the list goes on. We just want to let you know that no matter your story, you are welcome!

Obviously when going for a photo shoot where at times you may be extremely self-conscious it is essential to be comfortable and at ease. The setting and Karen, the photographer, were immediately reassuring.
The location is safe and secure and the studio is locked at all times when a session is in progress. Within the studio there is plenty of facility to be discrete whilst changing.
Karen was fully at ease with me being trans and treated me with respect and consideration at all times.
I was I must confess unsure about how the session would go, but it was one of the most affirming and happy experiences of my transition and the photos are stunning, never in my whole life did I ever imagine I could look as I do in the pictures. I’m sure the quality of the images is in no small part down to the rapport I established with Karen.
