LabStuff.Link is a marketing service, specifically designed to link people looking for short term use and/or hire of lab equipment with labs who have equipment available to be used for short periods.

To that end, for you as a visitor to and user of LabStuff.Link, we commit to use all reasonable care and skill, and to the best of our abilities to present and propose various pieces of equipment, assist with your enquiries, as well as providing you an excellent service at all times.

Since any booking you make will be with the owner or operator of lab equipment, any applicable conditions, warranties, payment and eventual refund lies with them.

In our agreement with the owners and operators of lab equipment, they specifically commit to observe and comply with all obligations towards you regarding the service they provide, and acknowledge that in no way is LabStuff.Link liable for the data they provide us for the listing of their equipment, or for their own business activities.

We warmly recommend you check their warranty and refund policy before making and confirming a booking.
